Health & Safety, Environmental Protection and Quality are basic values for Boskalis Dolman. To safeguard the quality of our work, we have a quality assurance system that conforms to ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 2008: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007. In addition, our safety system, which is an integral part of the quality assurance system, has been certified under VCA** 2008/05.

Recently, after a successful certification audit (March 2010), we were awarded certification for the following systems:

• ISO 14001: 2004; Environmental Management System: What does the company do to limit the harmful impact on the environment resulting from its activities?
• OSHAS 18001: 2007; International standard for employee health and safety.

In addition to the ISO, OHSAS and VCA system, we also have a number of process and product certificates geared specifically to our activities:

• BRL7500, protocol 7510 and 7511 (washing soil and dredging sludge);
• BRL9335, protocol 9335-1 (individual batches of soil);
• BRL7000, protocol 7001 and 7003 (soil remediation for land and water); 
• BRL2000, protocol 2001 and 2002 (fieldwork for environmental soil investigation).
